cancellation Policy
Your appointment is reserved just for you, and that scheduled time for you is very important to me. I understand that schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Please note that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, a waiting list guest will miss the opportunity to fill that appointment. Reminders are sent out 48 hours in advance, because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment that was scheduled months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. If you "No Show" for an appointment, you will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
The cancellation policy is in place as a courtesy and will allow me to deliver quality and traditional excellence to my clientele. Thank you for viewing and supporting my policies.
